GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Palisade let one goal slip by early in the semifinal game against Steamboat Springs, but that did not phase them.

Cruz Maestas registered a goal heading into halftime, and then both teams put up another in the second to head into overtime tied at two.

After two rounds, the game was still tied set to be decided in penalty kicks. The Bulldogs lasted through the pressure coming out with the win 3-1.
