GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - The Lady Mavericks set out to rally in the third set but could not pull out the win.
The CCU Cougars started strong, gaining the momentum and taking the 2-0 set lead, but Mesa did not give up.
They came back and rallied their way into a 25-22 win in the third, before Colorado Christian took the fourth in their own 25-22 fashion.
