GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Local Grand Gents Rugby Club athlete Gage Casey signed his letter of intent with American International College.
He agreed to one of the biggest rugby scholarships offered in the state of Colorado to a tune of $30,000 per year for five years.
While with the Grand Gents, he helped bring the team to the state semifinals in 2011 and the state championship in 2012. With that under his belt, he feels ready to go on to the next level where he will face Division 1 schools including Purdue, Harvard and Yale.
