GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Mavericks wrestling team made a move up in the national rankings this week.
CMU jumped from 20th to 17th in the first regular season rankings of the season on Wednesday.
The Mavs are 3-0 in the early goings of the winter season, and they face Western State in a non-conference dual on Thursday. That will be their final event prior to the holiday break.
