GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Colorado Mesa gave UC San Deigo some payback with a 5-2 win Saturday afternoon.
The Mavs fell in their first game of the season to the Tritons, but in their second game of the series they turned thigns around.
The game was tied at two in the top of the eighth, but Braden Box's pinch-hit triple broke the tie and they went on to grab their first victory of the season.
Their final game will be played on Sunday at 1:00 PM in La Jolla, California.
