GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - The Mesa Mavericks have struggled at their home field, but tonight they came out on top against the Fort Lewis Skyhawks.
The Mavs got a 16-0 lead going into half time before the Skyhawks really took action, but Fort Lewis could only put up 12 points in the last half.
CMU wins their first home game 36-12, improving their record to 3-4.
