Fruita defeats Palisade in non-league match-up

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - The Fruita Wildcats have won 12 matches in a row after defeating Palisade 3-2 on Saturday.

Palisade started the first set with a force, holding the Wildcats to a 9-point deficit as they won 25-16 in game one and 25-22 in game two.

Fruita then rallied for three consecutive games to win the match.

    Well, imagine my surprise! After watching all FIVE games of which Fruita wom three, making them the overall winner of the match, I read here the whole thing was over in 3 games, one of which was totally unnecessary as it was played after Palisade took the whole thing in 2. Is it really too much to expect that reporters have at least a passing familiarity with the subject of their reports?
