GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- With opening day right around the corner, Suplizio Field has gotten a lot of attention in order to get it in tip-top shape for the game.
The eight-man field crew has been mowing, watering, trimming, spray painting, and much more to prepare the field for the Rockies' 76-game season.
The inaugural home opener will start at 7:05 PM on June 23rd. A special presentation will take place promptly at 6:30 PM.
