RIFLE, (Colo.) KKCO - The number one Rifle Bears continue their trek to the top of the playoff bracket.
This week they faced the number eight Roosevelt Roughriders, a deja vu experience to the first round of 2011 playoffs.
While Rifle took the early lead, Roosevelt kept pushing through. They came close by the 4th quarter, but the Bears powered through to the end, winning the game 48-34.
Next weekend Rifle takes on Pueblo East in the semi-finals. Times TBD.
