GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- Steve Garvey was a celebrated first basemen during his 19-year career in the MLB, but now he wants the attention turned towards his son.
Ryan Garvey signed his rookie contract with the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday.
He will begin his professional career with the Grand Junction Rockies in the Pioneer League, the same league his father's career began in 44 years ago.
