GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) – The Sam Safken Foundation holds its 5th Annual Golf Tournament on Oct. 13.

A four-person team will pay $300 to register, a hole or tee sponsorship will cost $50. Green fees include breakfast, lunch, beverages, a cart and range balls.
