GRAND JUNCTION, Colo (KKCO)-The Tigers of Grand Junction took on the Wildcats of Fruita Monday night at Walker Field for their first meeting in the 2012 season.
In the 31st minute, Wesley Padgett scored early on a breakaway making the score 1-0.
The Tigers were unable to get things going offensively, getting shut out 2-0.
The Wildcats improve to a 2-4 record while the Tigers drop to 1-4.
