Bulldogs give Steamboat a run but fall short

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. - Sean Dunn scored the games opening touchdown for the Palisade Bulldogs on Friday night but his team still fell a touchdown short against the top ranked Steamboat Springs Sailors 28-21.

Palisade (3-3, 3-1 WSL) built a 14-7 lead at the half, but the Sailors offense was difficult to stop in the second half.

Palisade's next game in on Friday, October 9 against the Delta Panthers at 7:00 p.m. That game will be played at Delta High School.
