Wildcats shutout again, lose to Durango

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - For the third straight game the Fruita Monument Wildcats fail to get on the scoreboard in a 27-0 loss against the Durango Demons on Friday night.

The Demons built a 24-0 lead in the first half when they hit a 38 yard field goal with 1.4 seconds left in the half.

After winning two of their first three games the Wildcats have fallen to 2-4 on the season. Friday night's game was the Wildcats final home game of the season.

Fruita Monument's next game will be on Friday, October 16 at Douglas County High School at 7:00 p.m.
