#2 Pirates keep their winning ways in Gunnison

GUNNISON, Colo. - (KKCO) The second ranked Olathe Pirates took the outright lead in the 2A Western Slope League with a 45-14 win over the Gunnison Cowboys on Friday afternoon.

Both the Pirates and the Cowboys had perfect 4-0 records in the WSL. But the Pirates win has them all alone on top of the League standings.

The Pirates (8-0) have now won 22 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Olathe returns home on Friday, October 30 for a game against the Basalt Longhorns at 7:00 p.m.
