Indians win back-and-forth battle with Tigers

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - (KKCO) The Montrose Indians (8-1) kept their Southwestern Conference title hopes alive with a 28-21 win over the Grand Junction Tigers at Stocker Stadium on Friday night.

With the loss the Tigers (3-6) no longer have a shot at winning the SWC, but still should be in the top 32 seeds for the 5A state palyoffs.
