MONTROSE, Colo. - (KKCO) For the fifth straight year the Montrose Indians have qualified for the 4A State Tournament in high school football. And this time around the Indians are hoping for a better outcome.

In each of the past four seasons the Indians have failed to advance any further than the second round of the playoffs. But in 2009 Montrose (9-1) has the fourth seed which guarantees the team a high probability of hosting the first two rounds of the tournament.

To hear what head coach Todd Casebier and his players had to say about this years playoff run, click on the video above.
