Kame scores 30 in Warriors opening win

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - (KKCO) In the first game of her final season of high school basketball Central's Amy Kame scored 30 points to help the Warriors to a season opening win over the Rifle Bears 71-30 on Tuesday night.

Kame scored 12 of her game high in the third quarter.

Haleigh Higgins and Stacey Kinnett also reached double-figures in points scoring 14 and 13 respectively. Higgins and Kame combined for all 16 first quarter points in the Warriors win.

Ciara Euler led the Rifle Bears with nine points in the loss.
