Tigers improve to 2-0 with win at Warrior

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - (KKCO) Tommy Powers scored a team high 19 points to help the Grand Junction Tigers to a 61-49 win over the Carbon County Dinos on Thursday night at the Warrior Challenge.

The Tigers win over Carbon makes it two wins over teams from Utah to start the season. The first win of the year came on Tuesday night when the Tigers defeated the Uintah Utes from Vernal, Utah.

Carbon County is from Price, Utah.
