Wildcats pull away from Rebels

FRUITA, Colo. (KKCO) -- On day one of the Wildcat invitational, the Fruita Monument Wildcats won their home opener, pulling away from Columbine for a 55-39 victory on Thursday night.

Keila Utu had 13 points and Sarah Hensley added 12.

The Wildcats (2-2) play again Friday at 4:30 against Carbon County.
