Boys' Golf: GJ's Kinnaman finshes 4th, Palisade's Smith 20th

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The State Championships for boys' golf wrapped up on Tuesday.

In Class 5A, Donny Kinnaman from Grand Junction finished fourth overall after starting the day with the overall lead.

Fruita Monument took ninth in the team event.

Class 4A's state tournament was hosted by Montrose High School at The Links at Cobble Creek.

Palisade had two individuals competing, Skyler Miller and Kyler Smith.

Smith finished 20th and Miller was 44th.

Montrose's only player at the tournament, Rily Willis, finished 23rd overall.
