GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Grand Junction Lady Tiger are onto the second round of the 5A playoffs courtesy of a 51-32 victory over Mountain Range on Tuesday.

Sydni Brandon led the Tigers with 14 points, as Grand Junction outscored their opponents 18-3 in the final quarter.

(5)Grand Junction travels to (4)Rock Canyon on Friday night.

In Class 4A, the (10)Palisade Bulldogs dropped a 53-42 contest to (7)Denver South.

The Bulldogs finish the season at 10-14 overall.
