PALISADE, Colo. After a bit of a shaky start, where Palisade dropped three of their first four games, they were one a six-game winning streak entering their doubleheader with 4A WSL opponent Glenwood Springs. Coming off the marquee win over Delta on Tuesday where they handed the Panthers their first loss of the year, it looks like the Bulldogs are getting it together at the right time.

In game one, the Demons had a 9-7 lead heading into the seventh inning. Timely hits from Tass Crow, Bobby DeSantis and Matt Seriani cut the lead to one, before Troy Levinson brought home the game-tying run as he hustled out a throw to first base.

The eighth inning belonged to Glenwood, however, as they put up five runs and closed the door in the bottom of the inning, taking the win 14-9.

It is Palisade's first WSL loss of the season, but they were able to bounce back in game two of the doubleheader, taking care of the Demons 15-5. Devan Lucero pitched a complete game.
