HS Basketball: Lady Wildcat Tournament final day

FRUITA, Colo. The third and final day of the Wildcat Tournament took place on Saturday, with three games hosting local team action.

In the early match-up, the Grand Junction Tigers had no issue knocking off Fountain-Fort Carson 67-41 and improving to 6-0 on the year.
Fruita Monument, still searching for their first win since their first game of the season against Rifle, fell to Air Academy 40-23.

The final game of the tournament pitted Central, who was looking for their first win of the year, against Delta. Led by Tyler Hays, the Warriors got in the win column taking care of the Panthers 41-32.
