PALISADE, Colo. (KKCO) - On Wednesday, Palisade High School senior Natalie Combs signed her national letter of intent to play soccer for Sonoma State University.
This season she has grabbed five assists and one goal, helping the Lady Bulldogs to a 7-0 record and the top spot in the WSL.
She will be trading in her Bulldogs jersey to become a Seawolf, joining a team that finished 16-3-2 last season and first in their conference.
"I'm really really excited," said Combs. "I want to make an impact though still as a freshman. I mean, I know I'm going in stepping into big shoes to fill, but I really want to play a good amount my freshman year and try to make as big of an impact as I can."
