GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- Mary Doane has the Central Warriors focusing on the concept of teamwork this winter.
This is Doane's first year as the Warriors head coach and she says the team will involve everyone on the floor.
That's a change for senior shooting guard Jordan Eller, who has been one of the Warriors' top scorers in seasons prior.
"There used to be a lot of individuals on this team," Eller remarked on Tuesday at practice.
"Now it's a team. We play for each other, we play as a team," she added.
The Warriors are 1-2 through their first three contests of the season. They will play in the Wildcat Invite this weekend at Fruita Monument.
