DENVER, Colo. (KKCO) - The former Republican Congressman told a Denver Judge that his party's bylaws trumped state law when he got his last-minute nomination in July.
Two Republicans claimed Tancredo violated state law when he got the American Constitution Party's nomination because he was not registered with them for at least 12 months.
