GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - They began their journey in Baltimore, riding across the country making overnight stops and goodwill visits along the way.
Monday they spent the night in Paonia, and admired the beautiful countryside. Tuesday night, they dormed at CMU above Main Street Bagels.
Wednesday, one group splits off and heads for Moab, while the other heads over to St. Mary's Hospital, to visit with cancer patients.
This group of students says it's been touched and inspired by the people they've met, and hope to be part of the effort to wipe out cancer.
