Main street barista
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Angelie Boust is a barista at Main Street Bagels. She's also a baker. And an artist.
"I think that the first thing that I tested on somebody was actually a bad idea. I poured, like a green scarab beetle into a lady's green tea latte. I kind of like, my eyes widened when I saw her frown at it and I knew that it literally bugged her," said Boust.
If you're there at the right time, she'll draw something in you beverage of choice. On March 24th, champion barista Heather Perry, will be a guest at Main Street Bagels. It's a chance for a creative cup of coffee.
