KKCO-TV is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant. We need a strong individual to assist in the daily administrative tasks of a busy TV station. Previous experience in office administration is preferred but not required.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have excellent organizational skills. We need someone who is extremely detail oriented, works well under pressure, can multi-task and be self sufficient.
Primary tasks will include general reception duties and assisting with HR, Accounting, and Traffic Department tasks.
Preferred Skills: Bachelors degree in a media or business related field. Prior professional experience in office administration, or in the Sales andTraffic areas of a broadcast station.
Computer literacy in office administrative software; i.e., Windows, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook is essential. Familiarity with OSi-Traffic and AdConnections, Infinium and Forecaster software is a plus but not required.
