Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Expected Hours: Standard Business
Compensation: Salary commensurate upon experience + competitive benefit package
Description of Duties:
Complete office administrative tasks as directed by the station management team, as well as assist with other station personnel in these areas.
Organize, distribute, and file documents.
Proof station contracts, and other business related documents, for accuracy.
General reception duties
Assist traffic department with requested issues.
Assist Sales Associates with requested issues
Preferred Skills: Bachelors degree in a media or business related field. Prior professional experience in office administration, or in the Sales/Production/Traffic areas of a broadcast station.
Required Skills: Computer literacy in office administrative software; i.e. Windows, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Professional, communicative, highly motivated, detail oriented, consistent, reliable, and focused individual traits.
