A Community Conversation About Mental Health
2:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Glenwood Springs Public Library 815 Cooper Ave, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
Members of the public are invited to come talk about the most pressing mental health issues around the Western Slope.
This FREE public event is sponsored by "Creating Community Solutions Colorado" in partnership with Mind Springs Health. A follow-up meeting in May will be held for developing action plans to address the issues identified in April.
This event is part of a national initiative on mental health launched last summer by the Departments of Health & Human Services and Education. The goal is to reduce the stigma of mental illness by involving thousands of citizens in identifying mental health issues impacting you and your community, and creating action plans for solutions.
