If you are an individual social entrepreneur, a nonprofit leader, a student or a for-profit business that wants to make money while doing good, this intensive is for you.
This four-day training based on "Lean" start-up principles will help you dive into the world of social enterprise and develop a plan for a viable and successful business that will accomplish a social or environmental mission as well as make money.
Participants will also learn from real-life examples of how social entrepreneurs and innovative nonprofits are using social enterprise strategies to help alleviate poverty, provide job training and protect the environment around the world. The session will feature expert guest panelists and will allow participants to test drive their idea in a “shark tank.”
