The Take Steps Walk to benefit the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation (CCFA) brings together the community in a fun and energetic atmosphere, encouraging them to make noise and be heard for the 1 in every 200 people who suffer from these diseases. Participants raise funds and awareness throughout the year, celebrating the strides made on walk day.

CCFA is the major organization to provide education, support services and other assistance to those in Colorado who need it the most, including a free and life-changing camp at Roundup River Ranch in Gypsum for children and teens with IBD.

The walk offers a fun and festive atmosphere with teams, music, games, food, booths and exhibits. Join us and Take Steps to help us find a cure!

Children With Hope 5k/10k Run & Walk - 5th Annual

The Children With Hope 5K/10K Run & Walk is for competitive runners, recreational runners & walkers. The event supports the children's home in Kenya. $25 registration fee.Custom Tech t-shirts for first 450 participants, Chip timing for fast and accurate results, USAT&F Course Certification for both 5k & 10k (same course as last year), First Aid stations: 5k=1/10k=4, Authentic Kenyan Awards for Overall Male & Female winners and finishers in each age division, Backdrop of the Colorado National Monument for entire distance. RACE PACKET PICKUP: Friday night, June 21 @ 4:00-7:00 pm, 10K start time: 7:30 am, 5K start time: 7:45 am, Shuttle begins at 6:30 am with LAST shuttle at 7:00 am. Food, fun, music, and awards!
