Alleged Drunk Driver in Custody
An Illinois man was not at fault for an accident he was involved in, but was charged with driving under the influence.

An Illinois man was not at fault in a late night accident on Horizon Drive in Grand Junction, but was taken into custody for possibly driving under the influence.

The accident happened around 11 o'clock Saturday night. Police say, 31-year old James Sadler was about a block from his hotel when the accident occurred.

Both drivers involved in the crash were cited, but Sadler was the only one arrested.
