KKCO 11 News is your home for Sunday Night Football, and again this season we’re proud to bring you pre-season broncos games. It’s a part of our commitment to our viewers in Western Colorado. KKCO will broadcast three of the pre-season games, with the other picked up for national broadcast.

Here’s the schedule:

August 9 at Chicago 6:30 PM (local time) MeTV
August 18 vs. Seattle 7:00 PM (local time) KKCO 11 News
August 30th at Arizona 9:00 PM (local time) KKCO 11 News

The first game on August 9th will be on our sister network, MeTV because of NBC coverage of the London Olympic Games. REMAINING GAMES WILL BE ON KKCO 11 News (NBC).

How do I get MeTV?

MeTV is available FOR FREE over the air on digital channel 11.2. In order to get this new channel you may need to re-scan your digital box or the digital tuner in your TV. This option is usually found in the menu of your tv or box, under ‘channel scan.’ See below links for helpful hints on getting an over the air digital signal. An outdoor antenna works best. Point your antenna toward the Colorado National Monument for the best signal.

MeTV is also available on Cable.

BASIC CABLE:
- If you have basic cable (no cable box) it’s available on channel 11.2 (you may need to re-scan to pick up the new channel. You may need to manually type in 11.2 or 11-2 depending on your remote.

DIGITAL CABLE: BRESNAN VS. OPTIMUM
- If you have digital cable (with a cable box) it’s available on different line ups depending on your provider.
If you have Bresnan you’ll find MeTV on channel 109.
If you have Optimum you’ll find MeTV on channel 194.

How do I know if I have optimum or bresnan? Your bill should come from the provider you have, another quick way to tell is if your HD or high definition channels are in the 700s you have Bresnan, if they are in the 500s you are on the new Optimum line up.

What about Satellite?
MeTV is not currently available through satellite providers, but that doesn’t mean you will miss out. You can tune in the channel using our FREE over the air channel (11.2 or 11-2).
