Thursday's event forecast

Grand Junction, CO(KKCO)-After a slight chance of rain on Monday morning the rest of the work week looks to dry out with temperatures around 90. Thursday looks good for all outdoor events with mostly sunny skies all day and temperatures cooling off into the mid 80's shortly after dinner time.

Grand Junction's Downtown Farmer's Market will start of on the warm side at 5:30pm with temperatures close to 90 under mostly sunny skies. The mostly clear conditions are expected to last throughout the evening with temperatures slowly dropping into the mid-70's by the event's end at 8:30pm.

Fruita's Downtown Concert Series will continue this Thursday night under mostly clear skies and temperatures around 80 for the 7:30pm start. Winds will be out of the west from 5-7mph and conditions will remain mostly clear throughout the concert. Temperatures will drop to the mid-70's by the events end at 9:30pm.
