A show of the power of Mother Nature in Taiwan.

People in Taiwan continue to pick up the pieces left behind by strong storms over the weekend.

Floodwaters caused by a typhoon swept away an entire building in a village in southern Taiwan on Saturday.

Taiwan TV showed a leaning building in a village collapsing into fast–flowing flood waters then swept away by the current.

Taiwan police say hundreds of people are still unaccounted for after the weekend's storms.

So far about 100 people have been rescued by military helicopter.

Hundreds of people are feared buried by landslides across the country.

In one landslide, there could be as many as 400 people buried.
