Unseasonably cool weather will be a thing of the past by the time we reach Wednesday and Thursday as an upper level ridge will start to bulge over the region. This will bring in winds from the southwest helping to warm us up as well as dry things out. As a result, a fire weather watch is in effect from Thursday afternoon through the evening due to low humidity and strong winds. Highs will steadily climb into the 70's today with middle to upper 80's expected for the remainder of the week and into the weekend. Plenty of sunshine is expected through the coming days due to such dry conditions.
