We will continue to see above average temperatures and below average precipitation for at least the next 7 days. The hottest days of this work week will be today and tomorrow as highs climb a couple degrees into the mid-90's. The warm and dry weather brought on by an upper level ridge which is building over Western Colorado today and tomorrow. Winds will be out of the west-southwest today at 10-15mph with much gustier winds expected Wednesday. Tomorrow a RED FLAG WARNING will be in effect from noon Wednesday until 10pm Thursday. This means elevated fire danger for the next several days.

Moving through the rest of the week we will remain dry and hot. The weekend looks to be another hot one! As temperatures will be on the rise from Thursday into early next week. No rain in sight for the extended forecast.
