GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Powderhorn has postponed its first ever 'Dummy Jump' because of the foot of snow they received in the last 24 hours.
Sarah Allen, Powderhorn spokesperson tells 11 News that all the snow will slow down the dummies when they are launched off a large jump and for the most impact it's best to wait until Powderhorn can groom the launch area.
Allen says Powderhorn wants to make the event the most successful it can be so they are postponing the 'Dummy Jump' until Sunday, February 21.
Dummy Displays begin at noon and the 'Dummy Jump' will start at 4:30 pm.
