GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (AP) - The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for western Colorado.
The NWS says intense thunderstorms could cause flooding west of the continental divide.
Forecasters said the storms could produce one to two inches of rain per hour that could lead to flooding, mud, and rock slides.
