Calvin grew up right down the road in corn country, as he was raised on a farm west of Olathe. Calvin attended Colorado Mesa University where he studied Political Science. During college, he worked for an international news site as a freelance journalist and co-anchored a weekly radio show on 91.3 KMSA.
If Calvin isn’t in the newsroom typing away or editing articles, you will probably have a difficult time finding him. He loves to get up in the mountains and fly fish and explore everything Western Colorado has to offer. However, you might be able to catch him in the gym or at Old Chicago’s catching a game or two. He’s an avid Raider and Yankees fan!
Feel free to contact Calvin with any story ideas. He would love to hear from you!
