Idaho nurse pleads guilty in Kelsey Berreth case

TELLER COUNTY, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT)-- A nurse from Idaho pleads guilty in connection to the disappearance of a Colorado mom.

Our sister station in Denver KUSA is reporting that 32-year-old Krystal Kenney appeared in a courtroom in Teller County early Friday morning.

She pleaded guilty to one count of tampering with physical evidence.

You'll remember, the Colorado mom, Kelsey Berreth, disappeared back on Thanksgiving.

She is believed to be dead.

Her fiancé, Patrick Frazee is facing murder charges.

As for Kenney, who according to NBC news is accused of disposing of Berreth's cell phone, she is expected to testify at Frazee's trial and will not be sentenced until trial is complete.
