GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT)-- Local wineries are preparing for the 28th annual Colorado Mountain Winefest this weekend.
It'll be held this Saturday, Sept. 21, at Riverbend Park for people who have a ticket. As usual, there will be everything from food and wine pairings to educational seminars.
In addition to the festival, there's also events like touring vineyards and wine, dine and painting.
"Good, I think we're ahead of schedule, and all the wine grapes look to be really good. And so, I think we're going to have an abundance of wine this year, which is good,” says The Zesty Moose Diana Tap.
The Wine Festival is sold out this year.
