PALISADE, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT News)-- Roll out your yoga mats because the 2nd annual Grand Valley Yoga Fest is approaching.

This three day festival not only gives people a chance to practice their poses: there will be a bunch of lectures, vendors and music. There will also be free classes for teens, veterans and first responders. 100% of the proceeds will go to suicide awareness programs in the valley.

"The festival is about learning that yoga is a great way to have fun, to de-stress. It's a physical connection, it's physical exercise," says Co-founder of the festival, Lori Raper.

The festival runs from October 4th -6th. For ticket sales and class sign ups you can check out the Grand Valley Yoga Fest website: https://www.grandvalleyyogafest.com/
