The Larimer County Coroner's Office identified a teen found dead in Collbran on Friday, after she and her ex-boyfriend were reported missing on the Front Range.

The coroner's office identified the body as Ashley Doolittle,18. The cause of death was a gunshot to the head, and was ruled a homicide.

Officials said Doolittle went missing with her ex-boyfriend, 18-year-old Tanner George Flores on Thursday.

Doolittle's family family told police she recently ended a relationship with Flores, and he was upset over the breakup.

The Mesa County Sheriff's Office was called after Flores' truck was seen in the Collbran area Friday morning.

Deputies found the body of Doolittle near Collbran, and took Tanner into custody. He was booked into the Mesa County Jail on murder charges.
