Making Palisade Peach with Basil Salad

Fresh Peach and Basil Salad

Yield: 6 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes

4-6 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into bite-size pieces
1 tablespoon honey
6 basil leaves, thinly sliced
½ cup lemon chevre (or plain chevre with a little lemon zest)
A pinch of salt

Place the peaches in a bowl. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.

Gently fold in basil and chèvre. Serve immediately.
