GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO/KJCT)-- The identity of the person who died in a shooting in the Redlands has been released.
The man is Brett Borza, a 40-year-old man from Grand Junction.
The coroner reports his cause of death was a gunshot wound to the chest and abdomen, and his manor of death was homicide.
The shooting happened at a home on Saguaro Drive in the Redlands.
The Mesa County Sheriff's Office says two people were arrested, but on charges not related to the death of Brett Borza.
41-year-old Tommy Kelly, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
24-year-old Arianna Campbell was taken in on a contempt of court warrant.
Kelly is the owner of the property according to public property records.
