Sticky Pork Chops


4 boneless pork chops
1 TBSP cooking oil
1/3 cup chicken stock
1/3 cup soya sauce
1 TBSP chopped fresh ginger
1 TBSP chili sauce or chili flakes
3 TBSP honey


Heat cooking oil in frying pan over medium heat. Cook meat for 2 minutes each side, or until meat is well browned. Remove meat, set aside. Keep warm. Add chicken stock, soy sauce, ginger, chili sauce/flakes and honey to the same pan without washing the pan. Bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes. Return the meat to pan and simmer until the sauce thickens, and pork is cooked through.
